[va-bird] The Kiptopeke Challenge

There has been recent interest by several new teams for this team birding 
competition, sponsored by Coastal VA Wildlife Observatory, to be held on 
September 21, 2002. The entry fee is $100. The more teams the better!

If any team wants CVWO brochures to distribute to help recruit donors, please 
let me know. Also, please refer to our website at www.cvwo.org which is 
undergoing some updating.

"Challenge Sponsors" are also being sought, who would contribute to the event 
by matching contributions or in some other creative way. Benefits to such 
sponsors include being recognized on the website, in newsletters and at the 
awards ceremony at the opening night session of the Eastern Shore Birding 
Festival.

I will be glad to send copies of the rules to interested parties.
