[va-bird] Dickcissels in Culpepper

As seen by others, I saw 2 perched and singing within 5 minutes of arriving
at Spring Creek Rd., off of Rt.15, S. of Culpepper. They were easily seen
within 50 ft. of Rt.15. I stayed only 15 minutes; I'm sure there are more.
