I bought one for $1 or something nominal at a birding store just off of 395 and 
Quaker Lane in Alexandria (I can get the store name if anyone needs it, I just 
can't recall it now).  It was just a small piece of cardboard with a checklist 
and all the birds.

I would venture to bet if you called birding stores in your area and asked 
them, they could tell you if they had them or where to find them.
