[va-bird] Black Rail 7/4/02

Thank you to all of you who let me know that the rail is still around. Today,
7/4/02, I ran up to the park and heard the bird call for 10-15 seconds four
times between 7:30 and 8 AM. It was in the outer cattails at the regular
location. I also saw the Mississippi Kite at 8:30 AM near the tree line to my
right, as I was facing the rail location. The heat drove me away by 9 AM.
