[va-bird] Swallow-tail Kite in Fairfax today

Birders,
I'm a bit late in advising you all of this sighting. Today at about 1:00 PM
I saw a
Swallow-tail Kite soaring overhead at a stoplight on Rte 123 near Burke
Centre Parkway
(also no more than a mile from the Fairfax County Parkway). Sue Heath
reminded me
that she'd seen this species nearby and was wondering if it's the same bird!
