[va-bird] Late migrant white-eyed vireo?

Wednesday morning a white-eyed vireo was singing incessantly from the tall
trees around my house. There is no appropriate breeding habitat in the
immediate vicinity, and I only rarely get white-eyes in the area, even
during the peak of migration. No sign of it this morning. Odd.
