[va-bird] king rail and n. bobwhite at OBNWR

I spent a pleasant morning at Occoquan Bay NWR- My first bird right out of the
car was a singing,perched NORTHERN BOBWHITE. I heard at least 4 more
throughout my walk. The other highlight was getting a nice look at a KING RAIL
on the wildlife drive where it was seen yesterday. Notable species were-
green heron-1
wood duck-4
red shouldered hawk-1
bald eagle-2
osprey-7
northern bobwhite-5
king rail-5
yellow billed cuckoo-3
chimney swift-8
ruby throated hummer-1
Acadian flycatcher-1
willow flycatcher-1,my first of season
great crested flycatcher-2
eastern kingbird-4
blue gray gnatcatcher-10
eastern bluebird-2
gray catbird-5
brown thrasher-6
yellow warbler-at least 15
prothonatary warbler-10,including young
common yellowthroat-10
yellow breasted chat-8
blue grosbeak-2,a pair
indigo bunting-5
eastern towhee-2
field sparrow-6
orchard oriole-4
house finch-6
And the usual suspects.
