[va-bird] Wilson's Phalarope at Huntley Meadows

Julie and I went to Huntley Meadows about 2pm today not expecting to see
anything of note...however, we were richly rewarded when we spotted a Wilson's
Phalarope in breeding plumage on the pond. Best view was out towards the main
body of water from the raised portion of the boardwalk.
