Dear VA-Birders,

I am frustrated and depressed about the "compromise" outlined in the 
Washington Post article for amateur birders.  I will be talking to an AP 
correspondent from Norfolk this afternoon.  The previous posts are very 
good, and I would like to hear more, either posted to VA-Bird or off-line, 
so I can give the general "sense of the listserv".

My economic news is that I will not be paying $50 an hour plus tolls for 
CBBT birding, and the CBBT has lost my 3 - 4 annual tolls.

I have not heard the results of the CBBT commission meeting discussion and 
vote.  If someone attended the meeting please post.
