Va birders

I'll aspire to be as reasoned as Robin and Larry were.

If a security check indicates that an individual is not a threat, what  
difference does it make if that individual is an Ornithologist or a bus  
driver?

I feel that the Washington Post article totally co-opts our ideals and  
desires by misrepresenting a near total defeat as a victory. If they adopt  
this plan, birding the CBBT is effectively over.

The lack of activity on this list serve to keep the CBBT free is a good  
indication of how well we have been co-opted.

In my opinion, this plan sucks.

I don't know what else to say.

Good birding, nonetheless, I guess.
