I have these CDs and I see that the set comes with a 63 page book that quite
frankly is pretty important to have. If you'd like to borrow mine and make a
copy, you are welcome to do so. Or, you could go to Amazon and buy the whole
thing for just $20.

fyi, I called Don and he said that to the best of his knowledge there is no
