[va-bird] Re: cuckoos

In fact, this is the first time we have had a "singing" (for lack of a better 
word) yellow-billed cuckoo on our property up on Route 601 on the western 
edge of Loudoun County. Somehow I associate their typical habitat as being 
lower 
and damper, whereas we're on a high, dry ridge there. However, it is 
unmistakeably a yellow-billed cuckoo.
