[va-bird] summer bald eagle and harrier in the mountains

Two unusual summer sightings:
On Sunday, I saw a sub-adult (2nd yr?) bald eagle feeding on carrion in
the middle of Sterrett Rd. just west of Fairfield, in Rockbridge County.
Winter and migration records are not uncommon, but this is my first
summer record.
On Monday, I saw a female Northern Harrier just south of Middlebrook,
Augusta County. Again, winter and migration records are expected, but
this is a late date.
