[va-bird] Mississippi Kite over Landmark Mall Alexandria 5:15 pm

As I was driving down Van Dorn St, just north of Landmark Mall I spotted the
kite circling over the mall and 395. I quickly drove on down to the mall,
about 200 yards, and parked in the parking lot, unfortunately, I was not
able to locate it again. I hope another birder was able to see it, it was a
great view.
