[va-bird] Surf Scoter at Fort Story Virginia Beach

My friend Jennifer Phillips and I are visiting research
students at the College of William and Mary. We saw an
adult male Surf Scoter at the Cape Henry lookout at Fort
Story on 6/12. We not sure this is of note but we thought
we would post it anyway!
