[va-bird] PW Kites June 11 Update

No kites seen at all this morning. Weather here was overcast and now has begun
to rain. No observed nest activity since earlier in the week.
I know of a number of people planning on coming out this weekend. I'll post
again today and tomorrow so drives aren't made in vain.
