[va-bird] Least Tern, Dyke Marsh, Frfx Co, 6/9/03

VA & MD BIRDers,
There was a Least Tern fishing in the waters off the picnic area of Dyke
Marsh/Belle Haven late this afternoon. A Probable breeder I would think for
somewhere within its foraging range given prior observation of this species
last
week (a pair was noted 2 weeks earlier, outside the safe date range).
