You are right. This photographer is alleged to have violated the
Migratory Bird Act. This must be investigated to determine whether he
or she was quoted accurately and if, in fact, there is evidence that
the photographer was responsible for the birds' deaths. This is a very
serious matter, and appalling, if true. I have spoken to staff people
at Huntley Meadows and I have urged them to investigate.
