Does anyone have any thoughts regarding the Black Rail at Huntley?
(Besides, "Damn! That's a good bird!!")
I was wondering where did it come from and why is it here?
Is it a late migrant heading north?
Is it a late migrant trying to find a partner and breed at Huntley?
Is is a post breeding adult bird, returning from some other breeding
area? (a "Fall" migrant?)
Is it something else entirely?
