[va-bird] Merlin at Cape Charles

I was dumbfounded to see a Merlin on the east side of Cape Charles town this
afternoon, an adult female. My latest date from the Shore is ca. 18 May, I
think, and I rarely see the species in Virginia in May at all; this is a
first in June in the state for me.
