[va-bird] binoculars with a digital camera in them!

A friend of mine (with too much time on his hands!) found these online at
RadioShack (the link below will redirect you to the correct place at Radio
Shack!).
Has anyone ever heard of such a thing? If so, is the quality average enough to
get average decent photos of birds? As a beginning birder, I think this could
be very neat to have on hand for birds I just can't identify in the field.
