VA Birders,
This morning was a great morning to go bike riding and do some birding at
the same time. I rode around Compton Mtn. ridge here where I live. The sun
was just coming up. The temperature was 58 F. I had the road to myself. The
smell of the freshly mown hay was sweet and the swallows wheeled and turned
over the fields.
Enough romanticizing. Here is the list of what I saw and heard.

Tree Swallows 2
Mourning Dove 5
Chipping Sparrows 4
