[va-bird] black&white in Oakton: the audio CD really works!

This is something of a plug for the "bird songs on CD" approach to
learning birds.
Before today I had a total of one lifetime sighting of a Black-and-White
Warbler, several years ago, no vocalizations. Recently I have been
listening to the Peterson "Birding by Ear" 3-CD set, and I had a pretty
good idea of this bird's call.
Tonight I was with my family at 8:00 PM on the sidewalk patio outside
the Chicken Out in Oakton. A fairly urban location, and a lousy time of
day (or so I thought). My wife and son - who are let's say less
bird-oriented than me - said, "What's that funny sound?" As soon as I
heard it, I told them it sounded like a B&W. After a minute's search it
showed up, moving through the trees lining Miller Road, just a hundred
yards or so from Route 123 (aka Chain Bridge Road). I watched it
sing. A beautiful little squeaky wheel.
Those CDs can really work well (sometimes).
Is it unusual to have a warbler singing (or calling) at 8 PM?
