[va-bird] Greensville Co. pair Hooded Mergs., etc.

On the pond southwest of the Vulcan quarry at Skippers (west of I-95), about
a half mile southeast of the entrance, a pair of Hooded Mergansers and a
pair of Wood Ducks were present on 29 Apri, 6AM.
Many turkeys gobbling south to the N.C. line. And a single Mississippi Kite
later over Fountain Creek (over the paved road/bridge west of the Steel
Bridge unpaved road) east of I-95.
Has anybody ever found Black-throated Green Warblers at the bridges over
Fountain Creek Swamp? 2 birds were singing there, possibly Cerulean, or,
less likely, unusual Parula song. Late morning, and not enough singing to
make up my mind.
