[va-bird] Hawks migrating over Yorktown, VA

Hi everyone:
New to this group and new to birding as a hobby -- though birds and animals of
all types have been an avid interest for me since I was a small child. I've
enjoyed reading your postings. I was very excited on May 2 to count 18 hawks
flying and circling their way north. They were too high for me to identify but
it was a sight to see.
