[va-bird] Addendum to addendum (Chincoteague)

Adding to Glen's excellent list (ours was very similar) we spent 4/28 to
4/30 on Chincoteague. We saw the WF Ibis clearly on 4/28 on the wildlife
loop. Missed on the LBB Gull, BC Night Heron, Piping Plover, Harrier,
Indigo Bunting, and Prothonotary.
