[va-bird] White-Crowned Sparrow @ Sunrise Valley Park

An otherwise slow morning migrant-wise at Sunrise Valley Park was brightened by
the appearance of a very sharp WHITE-CROWNED SPARROW foraging in the mulched
beds near the office buildings on the west side of the park. A pair of
Solitary Sandpipers were the only shorebirds noted.
