[va-bird] Birding near the mall, 5/6

Although not in Virginia, those working near the mall might want to
visit the area just west of the new WWII memorial early in the morning.
For years, this heavily vegetated area has been good for migrants,
including warblers all the thrushes. This morning was kind of quiet
(which was surprising and disturbing), but I did manage to find black
and white, blackpoll, magnolia, chestnut-sided, yellow, and
yellow-rumped warblers, ovenbird, both orioles, Swainson's thrush,
red-eyed vireo, eastern kingbird, chimney swift, and great-crested
flycatcher.
