[va-bird] Black-billed Cuckoo, Dyke Marsh, Frfx Co, 5/5/03

VA BIRDers,
There was a silent Black-billed Cuckoo near the beginning of Haul Road, left
hand side as you walk in, early this morning. For contrast, a Yellow-billed
Cuckoo flew over the nearby boat launch ramp a few minutes earlier.
