[va-bird] Monticello Park- YB Sapsucker today

I won't mention the warblers and thrushes seen today by others who have
already posted today.
One bird that may be of note is a Yellow-Bellied Sapsucker seen in the park
today by me and my son Matthew, and Katie Simmons.
I didn't see this bird on Kurt's Extreme Dates List for Monticello posted on
4/21/03 and thought it might be notable.
