[va-bird] Great news on Monticello

I am pleased to report that the invasive plant project and tree-felling has
been halted for the duration of warbler etal. migration there!
Kudos to Paula Sullivan and especially to Chris Wilson's e-mails to the
entire City Council. THey responded sensitively and promptly!
Have a great season at Monticello. I saw my first blue-winged warbler ever
taking a bath with a couple of red-eyed vireos!
