[va-bird] Slow start at Chincoteague

CNWR is lively, but still waiting for the skimmers here. Didn't someone
report 50+ of them at Willis Wharf 2 weeks ago?
In addition to the usual suspects, a pair of gt. horned owls perching in
grave of tall pines about 50 yds. west of the loop road, near Swan Cove
trail, busily counting humans walking/biking/driving by. Saw them both
Tuesday, one of them (the male?) yesterday c. 6 pm. Also a pair of eastern
kingbirds.
