[va-bird] least flycatcher at Leesylvania SP

I found a least flycatcher this morning at Leesylvania SP in Woodbridge,
near the car-top boat launch area. Other birds of interest were a
red-headed woodpecker among the snags at the beaver pond, a pair of
summer tanagers on the ground foraging, blackpoll warbler, northern
waterthrush, prothonatary warbler, and blue grosbeak.
