[va-bird] Birder's Exchange

Coastal Virginia Wildlife Observatory will again be collecting items for the
Birder's Exchange at its display booth at the Eastern Shore of VA National
Wildlife Refuge on May 11th, for International Migratory Bird Day.
The Observatory Coordinator for this program is now Jerri Howe. If you have
