[va-bird] Royal Tern, Loons - Gloucester Point (4 Apr)

A single ROYAL TERN was perched on the old pier pilings directly out from
the VIMS library yesterday, and at least 3 COMMON LOONS are still present
on the York River, in breeding plumage.
