[va-bird] Folly Lick Stream Park - plus a question

My wife and I went for a walk in Folly Lick Stream Park (just outside
Herndon) this evening.
We got to see and hear a Barred Owl.
We also learned that the Yellow Crowned Night Herons have been sighted
in the park - we haven't seen them yet, but it sounds like they have
returned right on schedule. I'll post more when I actually see them for
myself.
My question is not exactly on topic, so I hope you will all forgive me.
When I was out birding and taking pictures at Occoquan Bay NWR on
Friday, one of the pictures I took had something unusual in it.
I've shown it to a few people and I've gotten dramatically different
opinions about whether there is actually something in the picture, or
just noise.
I'd like you to take a look and send me a response (off-the-list) with
your opinion.
Here's the excerpt from the picture:

Just tell me if you see anything in the picture (Yes or No) and if you
do see something, what do you see? I hope you'll take a minute and give
me your opinion.
