[va-bird] Blue-winged Teals: Dyke Marsh

Four BW Teals (2 pair) observed from peninsula bridge. Othe highlights
included 5 Wilson's Snipe, 4 BG Gnatcatchers, 1 Palm Warbler, 2
White-crowned Sparrows, Cooper's Hawk eating garter snake. Complete list
