[va-bird] Northern Neck: Rappahannock Refuge's first black and white warbler today

Heard my first black and white warbler today on the Wilna tract of the
Rappahannock NWR on the Northern Neck. This species is one of the most
abundant of the breeding neotrops at the Refuge.
