[va-bird] Barred Owl, Northern watertrush PWC

I heard two BARRED OWLS calling back and forth at Rippon landing community park
(across the marsh from Metz Wetlands) and got a great view of one flying across
a mowed field. It was dusk but still light enough to see. (Also two small
bats)
Yesterday morning at the Chopawamsic wildlife viewing area on Quantico I saw
a NORTHERN WATERTRUSH and hear another singing. Also
Common mergansers 5
Hairy WP
Wood ducks 4
Black ducks 6
Cedar Waxwings 16+
