[va-bird] Lizard identified, Phelps WMA, 4/6

Birders,
Our lizard at Phelps WMA was a Northern Fence Lizard identified from
Dorothy's Tella's photo by Dorothy (who looked it up), Sherif Baha el Din,
famous Egyptian herpetologist, and Jay Keller, lesser known local
herpetologist. It seems that it is a good find for Virgina.
Also, a note about Phelps. If you go, go early. It gets hot as there is
little respite from the sun. But, happily, we have sun.
