Hi All,
Today before going into the office I briefly visited Riverbend Park in Fairfax
County where I found an active LOUISIANA WATERTHRUSH along the entrance road, a
CHIPPING SPARROW on the meadow and a flock of 12 BONAPARTE'S GULLS flying
upriver.
After the office I stopped off at Potomac Overlook RP in Arlington and found a
BLUE-GREY GNATCATCHER among some vines and three PALM WARBLERs foraging on the
ground in a fenced-in garden next to a residence across from the Nature Center.
Nice to see these again.
Jay Keller,
Arlington
