Roger and fellow birders,
Back in the good ole days when I used to have Purple Finches all winter long
at my
feeders, they would stick until mid-April, maybe till the third week. They
stopped
wintering with me about 15 years ago, and now they come only in passage
(coming
and going). And, folks, that is now! So, for the next week couple of weeks
they should be
around for our viewing pleasure.
