[va-bird] TURKEYS at Occoquan NWR, Prince William Co.

I did my second stint of banding at Occoquan today along with
Suzanne Miller and Bill Teetz. We only caught three birds and
had to close down early because of the wind. The raptors seemed
to enjoy it, though. The OSPREYS serenaded us the whole time
we were there. The highlight of the morning was when three
WILD TURKEYS galloped past the banding station.
