[va-bird] Chipping Sparrows on the move

Birders,
I stepped out of my house today between deluges and was amazed by the sound
of Chipping Sparrows all around. A large flock moved through my neighborhood
in Vienna singing from the treetops. After an hour or so, they were gone.
