I can add one, a lone Chimney Swift seen over James River Park in Richmond
at 2:00 this afternoon. This is not unusually early, my best date being
3/30, but the weather this year doesn't seem helpful for early arrivals.
Also on the James R. were about 20 Bonaparte's Gulls in breeding plummage.
