[va-bird] Purple Finches in Clifton

One male Purple Finch has been showing up irregularly for about a week.
Today there were two males and a female, along with my usual pair of
House Finches and a growing mob of goldfinches. Junco numbers are still
strong, but there are now three Chipping Sparrows with them. Fox
Sparrows only showed up for a few days in mid-March and never more than
three at a time.

Two male Cowbirds and a Grackle today were new.
