I just received an email from Laura and it sounds like she is settling
right in and the birds are coming our way!
From Laura:
..... The peak of spring migration will be here soon, actually in a week
or two, so I'm looking forward to spending many hours of birding at Dauphin
Island, AL....a migrant hot spot. Went to Ft. Morgan to watch the bird banding
today. Saw a Swainson's Warbler and LA Waterthrush in the same net.
Enjoy the birds up there!
