[va-bird] Common Loons on Belmont Bay

I was at Belmont Bay about Noon today. I could easily see 12 Common Loons,
from the visitor center at Mason Neck State park. Possibility of more loons
further out, but hard to ID with the white caps on the bay due to the wind.
I also had a Red -breasted Merganser fly by.
