[va-bird] Spring Arrivals update

Greets,
This isn't very different from what Sue Heath is doing with the Comp List,
but it does pull the arriving migrants out for easier inspection.
With the same caveats as last year, this is purely for entertainment.
There's little here of real value, but it's still fun.
There are two birds that have been reported that I haven't listed. They were
both heard only, and were species that could probably be confused with more
likely species that would also be singing. Or maybe I'm a pompous twit, and
they were identified correctly. Either way, they didn't make it here.
