[va-bird] Ruby-throated Hummingbird, Rufous Hummingbird, Painted Bunting at Cape Charles

The first Ruby-throated Hummingbird of the season here arrived (or was first
seen) today 12 April at the home of Susan MacQueen in Cape Charles. The
female Rufous Hummingbird attended feeders all morning today at 9 Randolph
Avenue, and the male Painted Bunting put in an appearance at 0845, its first
visit in several days. It was here only for about a minute but was nicely
seen.
